1. Our Commitment to Copyright

SnapTik is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of content creators and copyright holders. We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly and in good faith.

Our service only processes publicly available TikTok content. We do not host, store, or distribute TikTok videos on our servers. Videos are fetched from TikTok's platform and delivered directly to the user's device upon request.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content accessible through SnapTik infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be valid, your notice must include all of the following information:

1. Your full legal name and contact information (email address, phone number, and mailing address)
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. The specific TikTok URL that you believe is being made available through SnapTik in an infringing manner
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
6. Your electronic or physical signature

3. Submit Your DMCA Notice

4. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, SnapTik will:

1. Review the notice within 3-5 business days
2. If the notice is valid, take appropriate action to restrict access to the reported content through our tool
3. Notify the affected user of the takedown where applicable
4. Provide a confirmation response to the person who submitted the notice

Please note that since SnapTik does not host content, our actions are limited to blocking the specific TikTok URLs from being processed through our downloader tool. To have the content removed from TikTok itself, you must contact TikTok directly at their Copyright Infringement Report page.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was incorrectly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
• Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
• Your electronic or physical signature
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

SnapTik maintains a policy of terminating access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. If a user repeatedly uses SnapTik to download content in an infringing manner, we will block their access to our service.
